Pros: they had smoking rooms. Close to mall. Ok breakfast and coffee available all day.
The rooms are comfortable the locations is near at the exit of the city and the service of the event was normal, not bad but not good
Would not stay here again-staying I'm holiday inn across the street - much better.
Old rooms, nice lobby, attention from the staff ok, good location, only 1 ice machine works in the hotel.
Let the people smoke on the floors and smells very bad on the 11th floor.
Cons: No wifi on fourth floor or higher - and no Ethernet in rooms. Pool was very dirty. Holes in ceiling in hallways. Air conditioner sounded like a car engine and had to run 24/7 to keep up. Couldn't get a fridge or microwave in the room - stayed for a week. No safe in room. Went 2 days without hot water.
Hotel is conveniently located adjacent to a mall that has shopping, food and a cinema. Lobby staff was friendly, and spoke both English and Spanish. Evening snacks and beer were provided in the dining area, and were complimentary. Room was spacious, but seemed slightly dated. Air conditioning worked well, but was extremely loud in my room. Bathroom could use some updates, and getting warm water with sufficient pressure from the shower was a challenge. Breakfast was included with the room, and seemed to be standare fare, nothing special. Overall, hotel was good.
